CANCELLATIONS

• All cancellations 30 days prior to your service will incur a cancellation penalty of 10% of the deposit amount to cover PayPal fees and administrative costs.

• Reservations confirmed within 10 days of your therapy or Spa service date, if you are within 7 -9 days and want to cancel, a 25% penalty applies.

• Within 6 days prior to your appointment, if cancellation applies, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service applies.

• If your cancellation is within 48 hours or "No Show" 100% of the service fee applies and no refund will be issued, unless:

•   Extraordinary Circumstances that are the reason for the Cancellation will be determined as valid under the criteria of Spa Sol y Luna based on the General Rule between Tourism Service Providers.

• Any cancellation that is forced by closing, we refund 100% minus the fees charged by PayPal which is 2.9% of the amount. Fees are maintained by PayPal.

• 15 days to 12 months prior to the due date of your therapy or Spa service confirmed reservations: cancellation notice of 20 days prior to due date a penalty fee if rescheduled. 20% to cover expenses for supplies and therapist availability.

• Cancellation within 20 days of the trip due date will be subject to the above policy.

Vacations and selected dates: there will be no refunds for cancellations during long weekends.
